Terms of use · starting template

Reasonable terms for a straightforward tool.

These draft terms explain the intended use of PixelPrivate. They require owner and legal review before a public launch.

Not legal advice

Confirm the business identity, governing law, contact address, warranties, and liability language with qualified counsel.

1. Using the service

You may use the free tools for lawful personal or business image work. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you select and for how you use downloaded results.

2. Local processing

The service is designed to process selected images locally. Browser behaviour, extensions, operating systems, managed devices, and future product changes can affect that environment. Review the privacy page for the current technical approach.

3. No guarantee of a particular result

Image formats, colour handling, compression, metadata, and third-party size requirements vary. Check important outputs before publishing. Social presets are starting points and may not reflect the latest requirements of every platform.

4. Availability

The tools may change, experience interruptions, or stop supporting an older browser. The owner may set reasonable usage and file-size limits to keep the service safe and useful.

5. Your device and downloads

You are responsible for protecting your device, keeping any source files you need, and verifying downloads. PixelPrivate does not provide permanent backup or recovery for local sessions.

6. Intellectual property

You keep rights in your images. The PixelPrivate interface, original copy, and software are subject to their applicable ownership and open-source licenses. Selecting an image does not grant the service ownership of it.

7. Contact and changes

These draft terms were last updated July 29, 2026. Questions may be directed to hello@pixelprivate.net after the owner confirms the address.
